HEMP SOURCE IS QUEEN
It’s best sourced from farms that are certified organic or growing according to organic standards.

If it’s hemp-based, make sure your CBD has less than 0.3% THC. Otherwise, you may experience unwanted psychoactive effects.

There’s a lot of debate about “Full Spectrum” CBD vs. Isolate but each can be useful.
Bottom line: full spectrum is great if you want to experience the full effects of the cannabis plant.
