There is no recommended dose of CBD (yet). Finding your sweet spot requires some trial and error.
Everybody processes CBD differently
Two different people might have totally different reactions to the same dose of CBD.
The "right" dose of CBD can vary
Depending on why youre taking CBD, how bad your syptoms are, and what delivery format youre using.
Our Dosing Recommendations
Microdosinge.g. taking small amounts of CBD, multiple times per day
Start with 2-5mg, 3x/day for at least 3 days. If necessary, double that dose for another 3 days. Repeat until you find a dose that works.
e.g. one larger dose of CBD, once a day
Take 1-6mg for every 10 lbs of body weight. If you're just starting out with CBD, start at the lower end of the scale. If you have severe symptoms, use more.
